The National French Riding Pony Breed Championship takes place during the Sologn’Pony Show.
This year, around a thousand ponies of all breeds and ages took part in the Sologn’Pony Show.
The main breeding classes for the National French Riding Pony Championship are :
- 2 and 3 year old fillies.
- 2 and 3 year old males.
- Broodmares with a foal at foot.
The Sologn’Pony Show also includes :
- The New Forest Pony, the Welsh Pony and Cob, and the French native pony
of the Landes ( south-west of France).
- The National Young Show Jumping Ponies Finals (4, 5 and 6 years old).
- The National 3 year old ridden ponies Championship.
- National Show Jumping for Young Ponies not taking part in the Official
National Finals.
- Show Jumping for stallions of 7 years old and over
- Grand Prix Ponam et Critérium de France 2007.
